Welcome to the website of GoldRiver Global LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Nature of Services

GoldRiver Global LLC provides business-to-business (B2B) remote freight dispatching, rate negotiation, logistics coordination, and administrative support services exclusively for licensed commercial trucking carriers and independent owner-operators in the United States.

We operate strictly as an independent dispatch service provider. We do not own trucks, employ drivers, act as a licensed freight broker, or operate as a motor carrier.

2. Carrier Responsibilities & Operational Control

°Licensing & Insurance: Clients (Carriers) must maintain active motor carrier authority (MC/DOT numbers), required commercial auto liability insurance, and all applicable federal and state regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT).

°Zero Forced Dispatch: Carriers retain total operational control and driving authority. The decision to accept or decline any offered freight load rests solely with the Carrier.

3. Billing, Fees, and Payment Terms

B2B Invoicing: Services are billed digitally via formal invoices issued 3 to 7 days following the successful booking or delivery of a freight load, processed through secure payment platforms (including Stripe).

Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid in full according to the payment terms specified in individual billing statements or service agreements.

No Consumer Retail: All transactions are strictly B2B commercial fees; we do not engage in consumer retail sales.

4. Limitation of Liability

GoldRiver Global LLC is not liable for cargo damage, transit delays, accidents, equipment failures, or broker/shipper payment defaults.

The Carrier assumes full responsibility for safe vehicle operation, load securing, DOT compliance, and cargo transport.

In no event shall GoldRiver Global LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service execution.

5. Independent Contractor Status

The relationship between GoldRiver Global LLC and the Carrier is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
